We are pleased to announce that together with Kromann Reumert and Roschier we are assisting Norwegian Air Shuttle ASA ("Norwegian") with the acquisition of Nordic Leisure Travel Group ("NLTG"), creating a strong end-to-end Nordic travel player by bringing together household names and award-winning brands such as Ving, Spies, Tjäreborg, Globetrotter, and Sunclass Airlines with Norwegian and Widerøe.

The consideration for the acquisition is approximately SEK 7.94 billion, comprising a cash component and consideration shares. Completion of the transaction is subject to customary closing conditions, including regulatory approvals and approval by Norwegian's general meeting.
