Fiona acts for a wide range of clients active in the oil and gas and offshore markets. She focuses on international commercial dispute resolution and advises on disputes arising out of international trade contracts, charterparties, ship building and superyacht construction. She has broad experience of substantial High Court litigation and arbitration.

Fiona has particular expertise in complex commercial fraud and multi-jurisdictional disputes within the shipping sector, with comprehensive experience in injunctive relief, including freezing orders, anti-suit injunctions and general mandatory injunctions.
